I’ve used it up to level 15. It also helps if you have a headache or feel down. It’s fantastic. It comes with a charged battery and a cable, and the charge lasts a long time. I recommend it.

It might just be a coincidence, but my mind felt calmer and I had more pleasant, relaxed dreams when using it. I’m not sure what the ‘Excited’ setting is for, maybe when you need more energy?
